ZTE Mobley

I had an amazing opportunity to see the AT&T Connected Car, a new Volvo XC90 when Andy the PR guy invited me along to an event.  A Connected Car is a wifi mobile hotspot with the ability to connect  passenger devices, including smartphones,  tablets and laptop computers.   It was AMAZING and I couldn’t believe all the cool things on this Volvo! For participating I received a ZTE Mobley device.  You know, for those of us who don’t have an amazing car with a connected wifi. 😉  WELL…guess what, now I do!  The ZTE Mobley is a mobile hotspot device that allows you to connect up to five Wi-Fi devices while on the road. No charging/charging cables required.   ZTE Mobley turns most vehicles 1996 and newer into mobile Hotspots. Just plug the device into your vehicle’s OBD-II port and your Hotspot is live.

ZTE-MobleyWhile my AT&T phone does function as a hotspot, when I’m driving and my 6yr old son asks me to get online, it’s not like I can do it instantly as I generally turn it off to conserve battery power.  With the ZTE Mobley, our devices automatically connect once I’ve set them up.

I’ve even realized that I’ve been in my house and I’m still connected the ZTE Mobley and have to switch to my home wifi.  It is extremely convenient for those on the go who want to be instantly connected.  Not to mention it was AMAZING on a road trip we took, no worries about draining my phone and everyone being able to be connected.

So if you spend lots of time in the car, and don’t want your kids (or spouse) to always asking you to hotspot your phone, the ZTE Mobley is a wise investment!  Add the device to AT&T Mobile Share Value/Mobile Data plan for an access charge of $10. Or, you can connect with a DataConnect plan with monthly charges of $20 for 1GB or $30 for 3GB.  It’s free with a 2 year contract, or $99 without a contract.  What are you waiting for?  Make your life just a little more connected and a little less hectic!
