March for Babies 2013
I have now participated in two March for Babies events and have been impressed. Not only that, the first year I ran into someone I knew and I didn’t know she was a preemie mom and she had no idea that I ran It’s a Preemie Thing!
Last year was the first year I decided to make shirts for other teams, and it was amazing how many folks across the US bought shirts…and I even ended up making shirts for a similar walk in Australia! And I do donate $2 from each shirt/onesie purchased which goes back to the March of Dimes! Last year I ended up donating approx. $1500 through shirt sales! Shirts have the It’s a Preemie Thing logo on the right sleeve, and the March for Babies logo on left sleeve (optional).
Below you will find some information for ordering, and pricing as well. All shirts will be American Apparel for adults (the toddler t’s and youth as well), and I can do team names or custom sayings also.
If you haven’t found a team, you can go to http://www.marchforbabies.org/ and find a team in your local area, or start one of your own! If you’re in the Seattle area and looking for a team to join…well just so happens It’s a Preemie thing has our own team, so JOIN US! Whatever you do, just join in, and have a great time and help raise awareness!
To see many of the shirts we created last year, visit our online album of March for Babies shirts on our Facebook page.
