I had twins born at 25 weeks and 4 days and lost my son at 7 weeks. My daughter is one sassy, strong and amanzing 4 year old and every day I remind myself why she is stubborn and strong :) She amazes me everyday and being told by a doctor that she is doing great for a 25 weeker always makes my day!

While I struggle with some of the words in the poem and struggle with the "everything happens for a reason" (as I don't belive there is a good reason for losing my son) I agree with most of the poem and lived what you wrote about your daughter!

People say the worst things sometimes and I am always amazed. My daughter had a DOC band as she had a flat spot from toricolis and being a preemie. I was in target and a child asked her mom about what was on my daughter's head and I started to answer when the mother pulled the child away and said "something serious is wrong with the child, don't ask"... Ugh!

Anyhow, thank you for your blog and look forward to reading more!
